Return Policy

High Hoppage desires that each and every customer will share in our hop passion.  We want you to be “hoppy” with your purchase and hope you will proudly wear, use, and display our hop merch.  We understand that we will not make every customer “hoppy” and therefore, we reserve the right to approve and limit returns that meet the following terms:

All returns must occur within 14 days of purchase.  Return arrangements must be made and confirmed by High Hoppage via email to [email protected] prior to any item being returned to High Hoppage. Since we are microbusiness, we do not have the means for a customer support phone line or answering service.

Returns are limited to unused and unworn merchandise.  All returned items must be in new condition with original packaging, if applicable.   Product refunds will be in the amount of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling fees. We will NOT charge a restocking fee, but the customer is responsible for return shipping to High Hoppage.
